Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using EstateReels (estatereels.ae), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

EstateReels generates short-form vertical video content from property listing data you submit — either a listing URL from a supported portal (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), an uploaded brochure/PDF, or manually entered details. Videos are assembled from your listing photos and text using templated compositions and, in some cases, AI-generated elements.

3. Credit-based billing

Access to rendering is metered using credits, which you purchase in packs. Each completed video render consumes credits as described on our pricing page. Credits are non-refundable once consumed by a successful render. If a render fails due to a fault on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your account balance — no request needed. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, circumvent, or excessively scrape the service or its rate limits
• Resell, sublicense, or share account access with parties outside your brokerage
• Submit listing content you do not have the right to use
• Use generated videos to misrepresent a property or its price

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the listing content (photos, text, pricing) you submit. By submitting it, you grant EstateReels a license to process, cache, and incorporate that content into the videos you request. EstateReels and its licensors retain all rights to the platform itself — templates, compositions, branding, and underlying software.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Videos produced by EstateReels may include AI-generated or AI-assisted elements. You are responsible for reviewing every video before publishing it — in particular for verifying that property details, pricing, and claims are accurate. EstateReels is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content that you publish without review.

8. Third-party portal terms

When you submit a listing URL from Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, or any other portal, you remain responsible for complying with that portal's own terms of service. Use of EstateReels does not grant you any additional rights over content hosted by third-party portals.

9. Limitation of liability

EstateReels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateReels and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
