Partner questions

What is a credit worth in videos?

Partner credits are the same credits customers use. A Basic Listing video costs 1 credit, a Presented video 3, a Cinematic Walkthrough 4 and an AI Twin Tour 5. Power-ups add to that. The API's templates endpoint and quote endpoint return the exact cost of any order before you send it.

Do wholesale credits roll over?

Credits are granted monthly for the 12 month term and any unused wholesale credits expire when the term ends. Credits you buy pay-as-you-go through the API do not expire.

How is wholesale billed?

Your card on file is charged automatically each month and your credits are loaded when the payment clears. If you prefer, we can invoice you instead, payable by bank transfer within 7 days.

Is white-label available?

Wholesale partners can have the EstateReels outro and share links removed from delivered videos. Ask us when you enquire.

When are affiliate commissions paid?

Monthly by bank transfer, after a 30 day hold on each payment, once your balance reaches AED 500.

Can I try the API before paying?

Yes. Test-mode keys return sample videos and never spend credits, so you can build and check your integration end to end first.
