How it works
What listing portals do you support?
You can paste a URL from Property Finder, Bayut, or Dubizzle and we'll pull the photos and listing details automatically. You can also upload a PDF brochure or enter the details manually if you prefer.
How long does a render take?
Most videos are ready in under 10 minutes. During peak hours it may take a little longer. You'll receive a notification and can also check progress from your dashboard.
What video format and resolution do you produce?
All videos are exported as 1080×1920 MP4 (9:16 vertical), optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and WhatsApp Status. Frame rate is 30fps.
Can I customise the branding on my video?
Yes. Your agent name, title, photo, WhatsApp number, RERA/BRN number, agency name, and agency logo are all added to the end slate automatically when you fill them in under Settings → Agent Display and Settings → Agency / Brokerage.
Does Furnish Empty Rooms actually change the real listing?
No — it only affects the video. Your original listing photos are never modified or replaced anywhere else. Like any AI-generated or AI-enhanced imagery, check your portal's and regulator's disclosure requirements before publishing.
What does the Watermark removal power-up do?
It AI-removes agency and portal watermarks from your listing photos before the video renders, so photos pulled from a portal listing come through clean.
What does the AI Motion power-up do?
It turns every photo into a full-screen moving video clip — a slow cinematic push or gentle pan — instead of a static slide. Rooms stay exactly as photographed.
Is my agency logo added to the video automatically?
By default your agency logo only appears on the closing end slate, set once under Settings → Agency / Brokerage. The Your logo power-up places it on every photo throughout the video, not just the end slate.
How many photos can I include in a video?
The base limit is 12 photos per video. The More photos power-up raises that to 20, so you can choose more of your best shots.
What does the 4K Quality power-up change?
It generates every clip with a sharper, higher-fidelity AI model instead of the standard one — a real, visible improvement, especially on facades and interiors with fine detail.
What styles are available for AI Twin Tour?
Five, so you can match the listing: Electric (fast cuts, high energy), Insider (word-by-word captions), Signature (bold caption overlays), The Pitch (minimal, understated captions), and Avatar PiP (a picture-in-picture presenter bubble with a financial hook — great for investment-focused listings). You pick the style when you place the order.
Credits & billing
What's a credit?
Each video type costs a fixed number of credits: Basic Listing = 1 credit, Presented = 3 credits, Cinematic Walkthrough = 4 credits, AI Twin Tour = 5 credits. Monthly packages replenish your balance each billing cycle.
Do credits expire?
Ad-hoc or bulk-pack credits never expire. Credits from monthly packages refresh each billing cycle — unused credits from the previous cycle don't roll over.
What happens if my render fails?
Credits are refunded automatically for any render that fails on our side. No support ticket required — the refund appears in your credit history immediately.
Data & storage
How long are my videos and listing photos stored?
Rendered videos are stored for 90 days from the date of creation. Listing photos (including watermark-cleaned versions) are stored for 30 days. Agent photos, agency logos, and profile images are stored indefinitely as they are needed for every render. After expiry, files are automatically deleted from our servers. You can download your rendered video from your dashboard at any time before it expires.
Who can see my listing data and videos?
Your data is private to your account. Listing data is fetched and cached on our own servers — we do not hotlink directly from portals.
Is my data stored securely?
All files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Data in transit is protected by TLS. We do not store payment card details — billing is handled by Stripe, a certified payment provider.
Account
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — your first video is free, no card required. Enter your RERA or ADRED number to unlock any style. First one's on us!
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing page. You keep access to your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
Can my whole team share one account?
Studio and Enterprise agencies can add real teammates with their own logins under one agency. The owner can optionally share a credit pool so orders draw from a shared balance instead of everyone's personal credits — fully optional, and personal credits are never affected. Manage your team from Settings once you're on Studio or above.
Referrals & credits
How does referring a friend work?
Share your link. When your friend places their first order, you both get a free credit — them right away, you once they order. Find your link anytime under Settings → Refer & Earn, either as a one-tap share (native share sheet or WhatsApp) or as a plain code you can send yourself. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.
Do referral credits expire?
No. Credits earned through referrals never expire, same as your ad-hoc or bulk-pack credits — they stay on your balance until you use them.
Can I use a discount code and a subscription/credit pack together?
A discount code applies to that one checkout only. It doesn't automatically stack with plan-level annual pricing or any other discount — one code per checkout.
