What listing portals do you support?
You can paste a URL from Property Finder, Bayut, or Dubizzle and we'll pull the photos and listing details automatically. You can also upload a PDF brochure or enter the details manually if you prefer.
Where do I get the listing link?
Copy the URL from your browser's address bar, or press Share on the listing and paste the link here.
How long does a render take?
Most videos are ready within minutes. Presenter styles take longer than slideshow styles, and peak hours can add a little time. You'll get an email and an in-app notification the moment it's done (and a push notification on that device too, if you turn on browser notifications), so you don't need to keep the page open.
How do I get notified when my video is ready?
Three ways, all automatic: an email, an in-app notification (the bell icon), and - if you turn them on - browser push notifications, so you're told the moment a video is ready or a payment needs attention even when EstateReels isn't open. Turn browser notifications on from the order page while a video is rendering, or any time under Settings → My Info → Browser notifications. They're per device and per browser, and you can switch them off there too. Not available inside the EstateReels mobile app or some in-app browsers.
What video format and resolution do you produce?
Every video is a vertical 9:16 MP4 in full HD (1080 by 1920), sized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp Status. Download it and post it straight away.
Will my video look AI-generated or fake?
Every video is built from your own listing photos, never stock footage, and the price, size and details come straight from your listing. AI adds the motion and, on presenter styles, the narration. Optional power-ups such as Enhance Photos and Furnish Empty Rooms keep your photos true to the original photo. Your first video is free, so you can judge the result on your own listing before you spend a credit.
Can I customise the branding on my video?
Yes. Your agent name, title, photo, WhatsApp number, RERA/BRN number, agency name, and agency logo are all added to the end slate automatically when you fill them in under Settings → Agent Display and Settings → Agency / Brokerage.
Does Furnish Empty Rooms actually change the real listing?
No - it only affects the video. Your original listing photos are never modified or replaced anywhere else. Like any AI-generated or AI-enhanced imagery, check your portal's and regulator's disclosure requirements before publishing.
What does the Watermark removal power-up do?
It AI-removes listing watermarks from your photos before the video renders, so your video uses watermark-free photos.
What does the Furnish Empty Rooms power-up do?
On the Photos step, label a room (living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, study, and so on) and switch on "Furnish this room" for each empty room you want furnished. It's one flat credit however many rooms you pick. If you also add AI Motion, the furnished photos are what gets animated. Rooms you've already furnished for the same listing show as "Already furnished" next time and are reused at no charge.
What does the AI Motion power-up do?
It turns every photo into a full-screen moving video clip - a slow cinematic push or gentle pan - instead of a static slide. Add it to a Listing Slides or Twin PiP video for 1 credit. Cinematic Walkthrough already includes it.
What does the Enhance Photos power-up do?
It AI-retouches your listing photos before the video renders - brighter exposure, decluttered surfaces, sharper detail - a real correction pass, not a redesign. Furniture is never added, moved, or removed; the actual layout and view stay true to the original photo. Like any AI-generated or AI-enhanced imagery, check your portal's and regulator's disclosure requirements before publishing.
Is my agency logo added to the video automatically?
By default your agency logo only appears on the closing end slate, set once under Settings → Agency / Brokerage. The Your logo power-up places it on every photo throughout the video, not just the end slate.
How many photos can I include in a video?
The base limit is 12 photos per video. The More photos power-up raises that to 20, so you can choose more of your best shots.
What does the 4K Quality power-up change?
It makes every clip sharper and more detailed than standard quality, a real, visible improvement on facades and interiors with fine detail. Available on Cinematic Walkthrough, AI Twin Tour and Presented videos, and on Listing Slides and Twin PiP when AI Motion is on, where it sharpens the moving photo clips. The price depends on the style, and on Listing Slides it goes up with More Photos. Checkout shows the exact credits before you pay.
How do power-up bundles work?
Pick any 3 of Watermark removal, AI Motion, Enhance Photos, Furnish Empty Rooms and 4K Quality on the Power-ups step and one of them is free (the lowest-priced of your picks). Pick all 5, when they are all available for your video, and two are free. Your logo and More photos are not part of the bundle. Your order summary shows the exact credits before you confirm.
What styles are available for AI Twin Tour?
Five, so you can match the listing: Electric (fast cuts, high energy), Insider (word-by-word captions), Signature (bold caption overlays), The Pitch (minimal, understated captions), and Twin Walkthrough (a straightforward room-by-room tour with your presenter in each room). Twin PiP, a picture-in-picture presenter bubble with a financial hook that suits investment listings, is a Presented style. You pick the style when you place the order.
What's a Market Report video?
Upload your monthly community market report (PDF) and we turn it into a branded vertical video with a real sales ledger, price trend chart, headline price movement, average price per bedroom, and current buyer requirements, all pulled from your report and narrated on screen. No listing URL needed. 3 credits.
Credits & billing
What's a credit?
Each video type costs a fixed number of credits: Listing Slides = 1 credit, Presented = 3 credits, Cinematic Walkthrough = 4 credits, AI Twin Tour = 5 credits. Monthly packages replenish your balance each billing cycle.
Do credits expire?
Ad-hoc or bulk-pack credits never expire. Credits from monthly packages refresh each billing cycle - unused credits from the previous cycle don't roll over.
What happens if my render fails?
Credits are refunded automatically for any render that fails on our side. No support ticket required - the refund appears in your credit history immediately.
Data & storage
How long are my videos and listing photos stored?
Rendered videos are stored for 90 days from the date of creation. Listing photos (including watermark-cleaned versions) are stored for 30 days. Agent photos, agency logos, and profile images are stored indefinitely as they are needed for every render. After expiry, files are automatically deleted from our servers. You can download your rendered video from your dashboard at any time before it expires.
Who can see my listing data and videos?
Your data is private to your account. We keep our own copy of your listing details and photos, so your video never depends on the portal page staying online.
Is my data stored securely?
All files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Data in transit is protected by TLS. We do not store payment card details - billing is handled by Stripe, a certified payment provider.
Account
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes - your first video is free, no card required. Listing Slides needs no RERA number; add your RERA or ADRED number to use your free video on any style. First one's on us!
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing page. You keep access to your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
Can my whole team share one account?
Studio and Enterprise agencies can add real teammates with their own logins under one agency. The owner can optionally share a credit pool so orders draw from a shared balance instead of everyone's personal credits - fully optional, and personal credits are never affected. Everyone on the team uses the same agency logo and contact details on their videos, and Studio agencies can also set their brand colours so the end slate and accents on Listing Slides videos match the agency. Manage your team from Settings once you're on Studio or above.
Referrals & credits
How does referring a friend work?
Share your link. When your friend places their first order, you both get a free credit - them right away, you once they order. Find your link anytime under Settings → Refer & Earn, either as a one-tap share (native share sheet or WhatsApp) or as a plain code you can send yourself. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.
Do referral credits expire?
No. Credits earned through referrals never expire, same as your ad-hoc or bulk-pack credits - they stay on your balance until you use them.
Can I use a discount code and a subscription/credit pack together?
A discount code applies to that one checkout only. It doesn't automatically stack with plan-level annual pricing or any other discount - one code per checkout.
Partners & API
Can I build EstateReels videos into my own platform?
Yes. The EstateReels API lets a property portal, CRM or proptech platform send a listing and receive the finished 9:16 video by webhook. API credits are AED 99 each, ex-VAT, from a prepaid pool you top up by card or bank transfer. Test-mode keys return sample videos and never spend credits. Can I resell EstateReels videos to my clients?
Yes, through wholesale. You commit to a monthly credit volume for a 12 month term and are billed monthly to your card on file (or by bank transfer within 7 days on request). The rate is AED 43 per credit at 100 credits a month, AED 39 at 250 and AED 36 at 500, ex-VAT. Unused wholesale credits expire at the end of the term. Details are at estatereels.ae/partners.
How does the affiliate program work?
Partners earn 20% of the ex-VAT revenue from agents they refer, for 12 months, on every payment they make: subscriptions, credit top-ups and Enterprise plans. Commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer after a 30 day hold, once your balance reaches AED 500. Apply at estatereels.ae/partners.
