• Listing data: URLs you submit, and any brochures, photos, or manual listing details you upload
• Usage data: render history, credit balance, and job status
• Billing data: purchase history (payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us)

2. How we use it

• To deliver the service — scraping and caching listing content, generating your videos
• To operate billing — tracking credit balances and processing purchases
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests
• To maintain and improve platform reliability

3. Who we share it with

We use a small set of infrastructure and vendor partners to run the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication storage
• Cloudflare R2 — storage for cached listing photos and rendered videos
• AI video generation vendors — used to produce clip and rendering assets from your listing content (the specific vendor list may change as we improve the product)
• Our payment processor — for handling credit purchases

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies in the current version of the product.

5. Data retention

We retain account and listing data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal records. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address on our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. UAE PDPL compliance

EstateReels operates in the United Arab Emirates and intends to handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). As our data practices are finalized alongside legal review, this section will be expanded with the specific safeguards and legal bases we rely on.
