What's a credit?
Credits are how you pay for videos. Basic Listing = 1 credit, Presented = 3 credits, Cinematic Walkthrough = 4 credits, Avatar House Tour = 5 credits. Monthly packages add their credit allowance on the first of each billing cycle.
What's the difference between Presented and Avatar House Tour?
Presented is a talking-head format — your AI presenter speaks straight to camera with pop-up stats and graphics, great for advice or market-take content that isn't tied to one specific listing. Avatar House Tour is a full AI presenter script with a matched voice and lip-synced narration walking buyers through every room of a specific property — the most involved style, built for listings you want to make the strongest possible case for.
What are the +1 credit add-ons?
Optional extras you can turn on for any video: remove portal watermarks from your photos, add subtle AI camera motion to stills, stamp your own agency logo on every frame, or raise your photo limit. Each is +1 credit, added at checkout.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy ad-hoc or in bulk packs never expire. Monthly package credits refresh each billing cycle — unused credits from the previous cycle don't roll over.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — verified UAE property agents receive complimentary credits when they complete their profile with a valid RERA or ADRED number. No card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. You keep access to your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if my video fails?
If a video fails for any reason on our side, your credits are refunded automatically. No support ticket, no waiting.
What's the difference between plans?
All plans include every video style and audience targeting. The difference is volume and price per credit — the more credits in your package, the lower your effective cost per video. Studio also includes team access for agencies and early access to new styles.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes — you can switch plans at any time from your billing page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Switch the toggle above the packages to Annual and pay for 12 months upfront at a discount — 20% off Starter, 10% off Growth or Studio. You still get your full monthly credit allowance every cycle; only the billing rhythm and price change.

Do you serve outside Dubai?
